Brittany Leitzel, Owner
Brittany grew up in Lititz and attended Lancaster Bible College, where she earned a degree in psychology & counseling. Not feeling particularly excited about the idea of obtaining a master’s degree, she decided to instead follow her passion and get her Cosmetology License from Empire Beauty School.
In 2013, her husband Jonathan had the dream to open up a side-by-side Salon and Barber shop, and she loves the eclectic, welcoming, vintage, and fun vibe that the shop has to offer.
While there’s nothing more fun than a big makeover, Brittany also enjoys all types of cuts, colors, and as of the Fall of 2016, started offering Permanent Cosmetics & Lash services as well.
She lives in Lancaster with Jonathan, their daughter Mia, son Henry, and way too many pets. She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting California, ordering things from Amazon, and collecting tattoos.
Meg Geruntho
Meg is a licensed Cosmetologist, and graduated from Empire Beauty School. Not only will she make you feel instantly comfortable and at ease, but she specializes in cuts and dramatic color transformations.
She is a self-declared hair product and lipstick junkie, music and art lover, and nerd at heart.
When she’s not giving you the hair of your dreams, you can find Meg enjoying Lancaster city, playing music with her band, and hanging out with her son, Rowen. You can also find her on instagram, @killler_bangs.
Allison Ferrari
Allison graduated from Empire Beauty School and has been with The Pink Lady since 2014. While there’s not really anything she cant do, she’s particularly passionate about fun piecey cuts, bright colors, and Wedding styles.
She prioritizes communication and makes sure her clients feel heard and understood during their appointment.
When shes not in the shop, you can find Allison with her son Wesley, in the gym practicing Jiu-Jitsu, or enjoying being outside.
